We offer several troubleshooting techniques for you to try at home below.
NO SOUND?
- Check the battery to ensure it is inserted properly.
- If the battery is inserted properly, replace the battery.
- Remove visible earwax from the earmold and replace wax guard.
- Check your hearing aid tubing for wax or moisture buildup, clean the tubing with your blower tool.
- Check your settings to see if you accidentally set them to telecoil mode.
EXPERIENCING FEEDBACK OR WHISTLING?
- Remove the hearing aid and reinsert it.
- Adjust the volume down.
- Ensure nothing is covering or blocking your hearing aid.
IS THE SOUND DISTORTED OR WEAK?
- Your battery may be weak or dead - try replacing it.
